Q: Do you shoot Digital or Film?
A: We shoot 100% Digital High Resolution photography, using professional grade DSLR cameras from Nikon and Canon.

Q: What packages do you offer?
A: As no two clients are the same, and no two shoots are alike, we don't have "one size fits all" packages, but instead customize our photography services to meet each individual clients' specific needs and provide just the right coverage, and  helping to keep costs on target and within budget.

Q: Do I get my images, or is that extra?
A: Yes, all images from your event are included on a USB flash drive or via secure download. 

Q: Is there a deposit required to book the date of my event?
A: Yes, typically a deposit equaling 1/2 of the total services and products being ordered is required to reserve your date. Bookings less than 30 days prior to event date may require full payment in advance.

Q: Is there a contract for my protection?
A: Yes, there is a contract that will outline the specific dates, times, services and products being ordered, as well as costs, terms and conditions, and the responsibilities of both Powell Pro Photo and yourself. A signed contract and deposit are required to secure a booking.

Q: Do you shoot video too?
A: We don’t personally shoot video, but have several high quality videographers that we work with regularly, and can recommend with absolute confidence.

Q: Are you available for last minute, or rush jobs?
A: Yes, however there may be additional costs as travel and lodging expenses are usually higher when not booked in advance. We recommend booking several months in advance to ensure availability and avoid additional expenses.

Q: Do you travel?
A: Yes, anywhere in the continental U.S., Hawaii, Canada, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Bahamas. Arrangements may be made for international events, and are arranged specifically per event.
